Places to visit in Kullu

Chandrakhani Pass Near Kullu Manali , Kullu
Chandrakhani Pass is situated in the Parbati valley that connects Malana Valley to Kullu Valley. A perfect base for trekking, the pass is popular for its picturesque beauty. Chandrakhani is 3600m above sea level and proffers picturesque trekking trails. Just beneath the Chandrakhani pass, trekkers can stop over at the tiny hamlet of Malana where you can notice stone roof houses. The best time to visit Kullu for trekking at Chandrakhani pass is from May to October.

Bijli Mahadev Near Kullu Manali , KulluBijli Mahadev Temple is located at 2,435 meters from sea level and is about 10 km away from Kullu. The wooden staff of the temple is 60 feet high and can be seen from Kullu. It is the highest point around Kullu from where a beautiful view of the whole town can be enjoyed.
